The Center for New Beginnings is located in one of the most beautiful and peaceful spots in the nation – the unspoiled North Georgia mountains. The splendor of the Blue Ridge Mountains – Cedar Mountain, in particular, to the west and the Horseshoe Appalachians to the north – provides a year-round backdrop for respite and renewal. Enjoy the Outdoors Explore nature trails winding through old hardwoods and towering pines, walk beside small, trickling streams, sit beside spring-fed reflection pools or in quiet coves where the loudest sound is the caw of a blackbird. Our 45 acres, surrounded by thousands of acres of old-styled pastures and woodlands, are "the mountains" at their best. Space
can be prepared for community fires or a sweat lodge; a hot tub, located
in its own little gazebo in the woods (right) is also available for
groups. |
