Although some of the online mapping programs are very useful, we have found the below directions are the most accurate and will keep you off of inconvenient back roads. We highly recommend you use these directions instead.
Directions:
From Atlanta's
Hartsfield International Airport:

Follow the signs to I-85 N, and go north. Merge with I-75 and go through Atlanta.

Keep LEFT to take I-85 N when it splits from I-75 toward GA-400 / GREENVILLE.

Keep RIGHT to take GA-400 N via EXIT 87 (2nd exit) toward BUCKHEAD / CUMMING (Portions toll).

Continue north for 63 miles on GA-400
until it ends at the intersection with Highway 60/19.

Drive straight ahead on
the north-bound two-lane road, Long Branch Road, for 8.2 miles until
the road ends at the stop sign at the intersection with Cavender's
Creek Road.

Take a left at the stop
sign and go 2.8 miles on Cavender's Creek until you come to Porter
Springs Road.

Take a right on Porter
Springs, and continue for 5.4 miles until you see our sign on the
left. There are four mailboxes just after our driveway.
From
Dahlonega:

Take
Highway 19/9/60 North for 9 miles, until the combined highway splits
at the "Stone Pile" (Highway 60 goes north towards Suches).

Turn right at this split at the "Stone Pile", continuing on Highway 19
North for another mile.

Turn right onto Porter Springs Road.

Go
one half mile on Porter Springs until you see our sign on your right.
There are four mailboxes (one is green) just before our driveway.
From
Chattanooga, TN

Go South on I-75 to exit #336/Dalton/Rocky Face onto US-41 towards Dalton

Continue on US-76 for 36.7 miles to Ellijay

Turn Right on GA-52 for 37.9 miles

Take GA-52 to Dahlonega

Go around Dahlonega, past Walmart and straight at the red light.
- Take
Highway 19/9/60 North for 9 miles, until the combined highway splits
at the "Stone Pile" (Highway 60 goes north towards Suches).
- Turn right at this split at the "Stone Pile", continuing on Highway 19
North for another mile.
- Turn right onto Porter Springs Road.
- Go
